Flashing my Xbox 360

I'm 99% sure I've successfully flashed my Benq Xbox 360 dvd drive. If only I had a few blanks to back up some of my 360 games! I think it was worth the effort even just to set the DVD drive's max spin speed to 8X. It's running much quieter now!
